My process is all about relationship and authenticity. Once you’re officially booked, consider me your go-to resource for all things wedding photography & more! We’ll first schedule your engagement session and begin brainstorming all the possibilities available to you. After that, I’ll be with you every step of the way with timeline and shot list assistance, check-in calls, and any advice you may need! We’ll discuss a curated photography approach that best reflects who you are as a couple and I’ll do everything I can to make you feel at ease throughout the planning process.
As someone who has photographed countless weddings and gotten married myself, I will always be honest with you as a client regarding what works and what doesn’t. Wedding planning can be stressful and difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Breathe, recenter, and soak it all in. At the end of the day, you’re marrying your best friend and lifelong love. I’m here to help you slow down and remember every ounce of joy that there is to be had.

What kind of equipment do you bring to a wedding day?
What does your turnaround time look like?
My current turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks for standard sessions (anniversaries and engagements) and 6 to 8 weeks for a full wedding gallery. You will receive sneak peeks from your wedding within 48-72 hours of the event.
Do you require a deposit to book?
I require a 20% non-refundable retainer to secure your wedding or session date.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! After your 20% retainer has been paid, the remainder of your balance will be broken up into monthly payments unless otherwise specified.
What photography style do you identify with?
What can you expect from me? My photography style is a mixture of guided documentary with an editorial flare. You'll get all of the posed photos that your grandma wants to hang on her fridge, plus the edgy photos that you see in magazines, with sprinkles of motion-based and cinematic candid moments to bring your day to life. How long have you been shooting weddings?
I've had my hands on a camera since the age of 14 (and even before that), but it wasn't until my Sophomore year of college at the University of Arkansas that weddings caught my attention. I shot my first wedding in 2022 and fell head over heels in love with the process. I eventually quit my corporate marketing job and never looked back!
Do you have insurance?
Of course! I have coverage for whatever your event may entail.
Do you have a plan in place for cases of emergency?
Yes, I have a network of experienced colleagues and friends I can call upon. Thankfully, this has only happened to me once (appendicitis decided to pay me a surprise visit). In the instance that something dire arises, I have a list of preferred photographers that I trust completely to step in for me. Regardless of any emergency, your day will be covered and we will not even miss a beat! I will send someone incredible to shoot your wedding day on my behalf, and the gallery will be delivered directly to me for editing and delivery.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, there is a $0.50 per mile charge added at the time of booking. This is a roundtrip mileage fee from where I'm located to the location of your wedding venue. In the event that your wedding takes place further than 3 drivable hours from me, an accommodations fee of $200.00 will be added to your proposal (with prior notification of course). For destination weddings, travel is included and looks a bit different; Ask to see my destination packages if you're interested!
Do you take destination work?
Is that even a question? Abso-freaking-lutely! Just tell me when and where (In my inquiry form below). I'm there!
Do you have experience traveling for weddings / events?
Yes, I do travel frequently for weddings! Booking flights, accommodations, rentals, and everything in between is very familiar to me. You can rest assured that if your wedding requires a flight to get to, I will be showing up AT LEAST a full 24 hours prior to the start of your event, if not more, in case of delays or cancellations. My gear also never leaves my sight, not even to store in an overhead bin. It is too precious and stays directly with me or in front of me at all times when traveling.
What kind of equipment do you bring to a wedding day?
Since purchasing new equipment is an actual addiction of mine, my collection is constantly growing and improving. Typically, I'll arrive at your wedding with two cameras, at least 3 lenses, flash attachments, my film camera and Polaroid camera (if you've booked those packages with me), and an arsenal of backup SD cards. I also have a collection of beautiful (some vintage) items that I bring in a rolling bag to add some spice to your detail shots and flat lays... ask me about my stockpile of details!
